Online Community Managers are responsible for assessing the needs of the community and effectively communicating those to the rest of the company, acting as a bridge and advocate for changes and additions to products and services. We also make sure to keep the community alive by starting engaging topics, suggesting contents and more.
Website Updating
This involves me essentially cutting and pasting articles or information that you’ve already gathered into your website where you want me to put it. Your website program must be web based such as WordPress ™ for this to be possible.
Customer Service
I can handle all your customer service email by weeding through your customer service emails, forwarding important emails that you can handle, and dealing with the ones I can deal with. You will need to prepare a FAQ with basic answers to typical questions that are often asked. Alternatively I can try to create one for you by reading past questions and emails, and conferencing with you. Once it is set up the time I spend will be greatly reduced while your time doing other activities increases.
Newsletter / Auto-Responder Set up & Management
This can consist of various levels of Newsletter development & management, from actually creating the entire newsletter, to setting up the auto-responder system, loading your pre-written emails into the auto-responder, to ongoing management of the list.
Blog Posting
Consists of simply posting a pre-written blog that you have provided to your chosen website/blog.
Message Board Moderation & Posting
I can moderate your message boards, deleting inappropriate content, redirect content to the topic at hand, and get conversations going. (in the right direction)
Proof & Prepare Documents & E-books
I can edit your content into a presentable, professional looking e-book. Including creating e-book covers, ad copy and more.
Note: Graphics and E-book Covers, and ad copy carry an extra charge outside of my normal hourly fee.
Sales & Internet Marketing (set fee not hourly)
I can prepare a marketing action plan and assist with implementation.
Make Appointments & Schedules
Using an online calendaring system I can make your appointments and help you keep your schedule updated. I can even call people that you have had previous contact with to confirm appointments and schedules.
Affiliate Marketing Set up & Management
If you have a product already, I can set up your affiliate program, and manage your affiliates, recruit affiliates, create articles, graphics, handle newsletters, and more to help your affiliates market your product. This would include setting up and managing the actual software you choose and purchase.
Newsletter / Auto-responder Set up & Management
I would help you choose the appropriate software to purchase, I would set up the entire system to work in the manner it is supposed to work, loading all messages into the system to drip to your client base in the time frame you desire. I can also continue with ongoing management of your newsletters and email lists if desired.
Monetizing Ideas & Suggestions Report (Set Fee, not Hourly)
Let me review your product, use your product, website, or hear your ideas. I will create a report giving you step by step ideas and plan to monetize your site/product. You will receive an action plan and report as well as my opinion and suggestions to improve. This is charged PER job. Email me to ask me about this service.
Shopping Cart Set Up and Loading
I can set up your shopping cart software, load it with all your products, and make sure that it works and provide upgrading and updating service.
Online Check-Out Process Review (Set Fee, Not Hourly)
I can review your check out process, actually going through each step of your check out process, create a report about the process and give you suggestions for improvements.
