Sole Proprietors and Mom Businesses Need VA’s

Trying to run an entire business on your own can be a daunting task. You have paperwork to complete,  bookkeeping to keep, blog postings to post, articles to write, networking and social media to join, press releases to release, websites to create , update, and keep fresh…. I could go on and on.  Unless you’re a writer , web designer, or marketing professional none of these tasks earn money directly. They are tasks that are required in almost every business today whether you are a traditional brick and mortar business or an Internet based business.

Think about what tasks earn you money directly. If you create e-books then you should be writing e-books. If you’re a coach, you should be coaching. If you are an Architect you should be drawing. If you’re a talk show radio host, you should be developing shows, and practicing interviewing skills. Whatever task is the task that earns you money directly, is the task that you should be doing the most.

It’s difficult to be able to get any work done when you’re trying to do everything by yourself. You find yourself bogged down in tedious tasks that someone else can be trained to do. If you can train someone to do it, and you could be doing something else that earns you more than you’re paying out, then you can quickly find the key to multiplying your income. If you hire a professional Virtual Assistant you will be surprised at how fast he or she can complete tasks that take you a long time. In business parlance this is called maximizing and leveraging your efficiencies.

You can multiply your income by outsourcing any task that can be outsourced while sticking to the tasks that you like doing, that you’re proficient at doing, and that earn you the most money. If you are a painter you should be painting and creating your art, not entering blog posts, not keeping the books, not hunting down venues to appear. You should paint. The more you paint, the more product you have to sell, the more money you will earn.

Let’s face it, if you don’t have to do tasks that you hate doing, you’re also going to be more creative and happy! So, go ahead, find that perfect virtual assistant to outsource tasks to. Remember that website update you’ve been meaning to get to – you can get that done, while you’re creating your masterpiece, whether that is a painting, an e-book, a better coaching program or something else entirely. Outsourcing to a VA can be the key solution to finding more time in your day and leading you to success.
